Basically you give me a budget, a neighborhood and a move in date. Once you fill out that form, I’ll send over a list of apartment options for you. When you decide on an apartment, you list The Apartment Rebate in the section where it asks “How did you hear about us?”
Once the apartment pays their referral fee to the broker, you get a rebate up to $500 sent to you the very next day.
After you fill out the form, you’ll get a list of apartments. Let me know which apartments look promising, as well as what your schedule looks like. Once you have it narrowed down to a couple of options, I’ll set the appts for you to view the apartments. When you view the apartment, if you like the options, place your application.
On the application, there will be a spot where it asks “How Did You Hear About Us.” This is where my information goes. Write John the Apt Guy. Send me an email immediately after placing your application at [email protected].
After that, I’ll reach out to the property and make sure the application has been filled out correctly.
