The Most Important Thing

The most important thing you need to do to get your rebate is when you go and tour the unit, you need to tell them that John the Apt Guy sent you there to tour. When it asks you ” How did you hear about us?” or asks you for a referral source, write down John the Apt Guy. If you let me book the appointment for you, you should be OK. If you go and tour the property yourself, and they haven’t heard from me, there is a real chance they won’t pay out for the referral. That sucks for both of us.

When do I Get Paid?
